Here is a framework we use at CoolWeb to turn raw ideas into clear, actionable concepts.
Step 1: The Raw Brain Dump
Your first prompt is supposed to be imperfect. Don't try to make it perfect. The goal is to get the idea out of your head, with all its ambiguities.

Step 2: Socratic Questioning (Make the AI Probe You)

The AI will return questions like:

This process of dialogue and refinement can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours, but at the end, you'll have a solid concept that has been tested from multiple angles.
