Cool Web Design SRL & INNOVATEX DESIGN SRL provides software development, website creation, and mobile app development services. Specific details of services will be established in separate contracts.
All intellectual property rights in the works created by us remain ours until full payment for the services. After payment, rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your projects. You are also responsible for any content you provide to be included in websites or applications.
Payment terms will be specified in the individual contract for each project. Generally, we require an initial payment before starting work.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose confidential information without your permission, except when legally required to do so.
Cool Web Design SRL & INNOVATEX DESIGN SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
To deliver an optimized experience, our website performs a local performance test of the user's device upon first access. Based on this test, graphic settings and FPS limits are automatically adjusted. This data is not collected, processed, or stored on our servers and is used solely for local configuration.
We reserve the right to terminate the provision of services in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions or non-payment.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
Cool Web Design SRL & INNOVATEX DESIGN SRL reserves the right to subcontract any part of the services to third parties, provided that the standards and quality of the services are not compromised.
Any change in project requirements after the contract is signed will be subject to additional terms and costs, which will be negotiated separately.
We provide technical support for a period of 30 days after final project delivery. Additional support will be subject to a separate agreement.
You have the right to revoke the contract within 7 days of signing, without providing any reason. After this period, any cancellation will be subject to mutual agreement.
Cool Web Design SRL & INNOVATEX DESIGN SRL will not be liable for delays or failures to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, etc.
We commit to complying with all applicable data protection regulations. Details on the processing of personal data are available in our Privacy Policy.
Our website uses a local storage functionality to enhance the navigation experience by saving the last 10 coolweb.ro visited pages directly on the user's device. This data is not transmitted or processed by our servers and remains managed locally.
Any dispute arising between the parties will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
We offer a 90-day warranty for all our services, starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers only functional defects not caused by improper use or subsequent code modifications.
The provided warranty covers only the functional defects of the delivered services. It does not include technical incompatibilities caused by the user's hardware or software limitations or the use of incompatible browsers.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
