The E.D.O.S. Platform
Educational Dashboard Online System: an enterprise platform built from scratch that removes physical bureaucracy and automates the school's administrative processes.

BUREAUCRACY, AUTOMATED
Operations that used to take days of manual work now run in seconds, with strict validation at every step.
Promotion & Transfer Wizard
The smart assistant that prepares the new school year on behalf of the secretariat:
Scan
Scans each class's academic history and automatically detects last year's homeroom teachers.
Compute
Counts failing grades and unexcused absences, automatically ignoring medical exemptions.
Suggest
Instantly proposes the list of students eligible for transfer into the new school year.
Atomic transactions
Critical operations run inside secure database transactions: the system warns if a student is already active in another class and strictly validates data, such as the 13-digit CNP format, preventing duplicates.
School year freeze
At year end, classes are locked read-only: averages, qualifiers and final status (promoted/held back) are frozen, guaranteeing the integrity of historical data.
Automatic backups
School data is protected by regular automatic backups. If anything ever goes wrong, the information is restored quickly: nothing is lost, not even a single grade.
THE SCHOOL'S OPERATING SYSTEM
The E.D.O.S. core: six modules, each replacing an entire paper process.
E-gradebook & grading
Standard grades, qualifiers, papers and pass/fail systems. Averages follow official rounding rules on screen while keeping full decimal precision behind the scenes.
Absences & at-risk students
Per-lesson or daily absences, with excusal workflows and automatic medical exemptions. Students with over 20 unexcused absences are visually flagged, with print-ready official reports.
Digital attendance register
Teachers check in under electronic signature: time, lesson subject and status, in a register that can never be lost.
Multi-dimensional timetable
Beyond classic teaching: schedule blocks for therapy, home interventions, after-school, homeroom and standby duty.
Traceable communication
Targeted announcements per department or rank, with priority levels and mandatory read receipts, generating legally valid reports.
Paperless documents
The teacher's portfolio with feedback from management, plus a central archive for financial documents and Board decisions.

Itinerant teachers working with students integrated in other schools get their own data universe, fully isolated from the main school, for total confidentiality.
