01What is UNIT?
UNIT is the e-commerce engine developed by CoolWeb: an in-house online store core written in Next.js, on which we build dedicated stores tailored to each brand and business flow.
02How is it different from standard platforms?
You do not get a theme on top of a shared platform, but a dedicated store: high performance, features built exactly for your flow and no monthly fees per extension. The shared core means every new store starts already tested.
03Can I manage the store myself?
Yes. The admin panel covers products, variants, stock, orders, coupons, editorial content and store settings, without requiring technical knowledge.
04How do payments and invoicing work?
Customers pay by card through Netopia or cash on delivery, and the fiscal invoice is issued automatically through SmartBill, including credit notes on returns. Orders get a tracking number for delivery.
